Autumn Spice Smoothie

As summer fades, it’s time to warm up the system with fall flavours of cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. Sweetened with local, immune supportive honey, this superfood smoothie feels more like a decadent dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 sliced and peeled oranges
  • 500g almond milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey (or substitute maple syrup / agave if vegan)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Enjoy straight away or pack it in your favourite mason for when you’re on the go!
