How can I help better our Environment?

One of the easiest things with the biggest impact that ordinary citizens can do to help our environment and reduce global warming is to buy organic. Don't just buy Nature's Path organic products, but make as many of your food and clothing purchases as possible organic.

Why will this change the world?

For every acre of land that is converted from non-organic to organic:

  • 5.4 pounds/year/acre of the active ingredient in pesticides are prevented from polluting our land, seeping into water, and endangering wildlife and the farm workers safety.

  • 408.55 pounds/year/acre of synthetic fertilizers (produced with fossil fuel) are no longer needed as organic relies on nature's own fertilization methods.

In 2006 alone, Nature's Path, with your help prevented approximately 166,000 pounds of pesticides, and 12,453,000 pounds of synthetic fossil fuel fertilizer from being used.

Nature's Path together with our customers are saving the earth, one acre at the time!
