Whey? Because you say your products are vegetarian, I would assume your whey comes from non-animal rennet. However, I just wanted to check because some places declare their foods vegetarian without thinking about the more indirect stuff, such as whey. I look forward to your response. P.S. Love the cereals!

Thanks Emma! Our toaster

Thanks Emma! Our toaster pasteries aren’t vegan because they contain honey and dairy. However we have tons of vegan products like our gluten free Maple Sunrise Cereal http://www.naturespath.com/products/cold%20cereals?tid=5&brand=All&nutri…. I love love love love love

I love love love love love (do I love?) your Wildberry Acai Toaster Pastries. They are soooo delish, and I can only find this particular flavor at Whole Foods (luckily, I have one about 15 minutes away, but it’s not always convenient)! I seriously want the filling as a jam as well… thoughts on producing it?

I love the taste of these but is it possible that you guys can use another ingredient besides palm oil?  I have read that palm oil isn’t too stellar for your health, and even more alarming than this is the toll that palm oil production has on orangutans and rainforest’s.

Can you tell us where your palm oil is grown? Perhaps this “Organic palm oil” is made in the USA? Or perhaps it was farmed where it doesn’t boost deforestation for palm oil plants.

Hi Larry, Thank you so much

Hi Larry, Thank you so much for your comment. We’re glad you’re worried about the source of your palm oil. Rest assured our organic palm oil does not contribute to deforestation. Our palm oil comes from a plantation that was started more than 10 years ago in an agricultural area of the Amazon delta near Belem in Brazil. Since then, our supplier has reforested 185,000 acres of previously cultivated land. They are also in the final stages of certification with RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil www.rspo.org) and is certified as an organic supplier and meets the stringent IBD Certification that has environmental and sustainable requirements: http://www.ibd.com.br. Let me know if you have any further questions. Peace, Kylie McMullan, Brand Ambassador, Panda Puff Addict.
