Did I get the wrong kind of waffles in the red berry packaging? I bought these for the first time because I LOVE the wildberry gluten free variety. But these waffles had absolutely no trace of any berry anything. Not in taste, or visually. I tried eating them plain too, to find the berry taste .. nothing. I am wondering if a different kind of waffle was maybe packaged wrong? not sure.
Thanks so much for getting in

Thanks so much for getting in touch with us DeeDee. We’re so sorry that you experienced this. Our berries are distributed by a vibratory feeder and they sometimes stick in clumps, therefore, each waffle does not get an even distribution of berries. Please email a clear scan or photograph of the expiry date flap to Nicolette at consumerservices@naturespath.com and she will be sure to compensate you for this purchase. Take care, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

I discovered a 6” length of 6 ply cotton string inside my frozen flax seed red berry waffles as I was eating. I loved these and have been purchasing these and the buckwheat waffles from Whold Foods on a regular basis. While not really dangerous….This wasn’t exactly a tin whistle in a box of Cracker Jacks, and really turned me off on your product.

Tried these for the first time the other day, not a huge fan of waffles but was looking for a ‘lower sugar’ alternative to cereal. These were delicious, made a wonderful change to breakfast particularly when you add fresh raspberrys and a half cup of whipped cottage cheese.
