Hi Heather and thanks for reaching out to us. Our Blueberry unfrosted, Strawberry unfrosted, and Apple Cinnimon unfrosted toaster pastries do not contain milk as an ingredient. Agreed on the honey comment, vegans are all about supporting organic products like this, but the use of honey always messes us up, i for one would much rather buy these than pastries with high fruitose corn syrup, and hydrogenated vegetable oils that are vegan.
