Hid Cid and thanks for taking the time to ask us this. These bars don’t have nuts listed as an ingredient however they’re produced in a facility that uses nuts. The reason we say this is because while we do an extensive planning and cleaning schedule in order to prevent cross-contamination with allergens. This includes various cleaning methods including rinsing, hot scrubber machines, vacuums and organic compliant cleaning solution followed by protein tests on the equipment, which is supervised and checked off by Quality Assurance. Therefore, all products (including this one) that don’t list nuts as an ingredient are theoretically nut-free, however due to the remote chance of contamination, we have to let you know this so that you can make the final decision. I loved the Envirokidz chocolate rice bars when I first went gluten free but can't eat them now as I've discovered I'm also intolerant to soy. Please consider making your products without soy ingredients - thank you!

Part of the reasoning behind including ingredients such as soy is that it provides many positive benefits particularly for vegetarians who eat Nature’s Path products and require the protein that soy provides. Hi Jennifer and thanks for getting in touch with us! Our supplier uses organic alcohol derived from non-GMO corn which is used to extract the natural flavors used for this bar. This product is not tested for corn, but we beleive that the majority of the alcohol evaporates while it is heated in the production process. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

my daughter LOVES this snack. She loves to make rice krispy treats by themselves and this is a great alternative ot the one with all the junk in it. She is on a wheat free ( to help her behavior) and dairy free ( for allergies). I see that you have milk powder listed as an ingredient. is there alot of it in each bar? Eating dairy will not kill her but I would like to know how much is in the bar. Thanks

Five percent of these bars are made up of organic milk chocolate, which contains organic evaporated cane juice, organic cocoa butter, organic milk powder, organic chocolate flavor, and organic soy lecithin.
