Has literally changed my life! Ok, this is going to get a little personal, but let’s just say that I’ve suffered with “plumbing issues” my whole life. I started eating Flax Plus, for the flaxseed content, just in trying to become generally more healthy, and Wham-O! Issues gone! Regular, like clock-work, if you catch my meaning. I now can’t go a day without it. You don’t realize how much “good plumbing” affects your life, until it gets out of whack. I feel great now! Oh, and did I mention, it tastes great, too? ;-)

Hey, thanks for taking the time to write us! It’s great to hear that we’ve been life changing, you’d don’t get such a nice compliment that often. It’s true, good for you can taste great too! All the best, Leah, Nature’s Path Brand Ambassador.

I LOVE the Flax Plus

I LOVE the Flax Plus Multibran cereal! So much so that I crave it as if it were a decadent chocolatey dessert! I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and more organic lately and have made several changes in my life (regular exercise, avoiding bad carbs and extra salt/sugar/oil in foods, etc.) and a part of that change meant no more cereal for little Anna! Well I used to be a huge cheerios fan, and was misguided by their Low-cal, low-sugar attributes. Upon consulting with a Nutritionist at my gym I was informed that its okay for Cereal to have sugar in it (less than 8gms per serving is best - added sugar, that is, not counting natural fruit sugars) as long as it has a good amt of fibre and protein and good fats like Omega 3s. Then I walked down the organic section of my Local grocery store and found a whole variety of Nature’s path cereal. I tried the ancient grains but couldn’t make a habit out of it because of its $. Then low and behold, I found the ginormous box of Flax Plus Multibran at Costco (I live in Canada) and have been buying a box every two weeks since then! :)… I do love my steel cut oats for breakkers, but my routine now is alternating days of Flax Plus & Steel Cut Oats. This cereal is so crunchy and delicious… my whole family been been converted to Nature’s Path cereal lovers too! But I insist they get their own box because I am pretty selfish when it comes to my Flax Plus cereal box! lol…. I enjoy 1 serving with 1/3 cup ice cold Unsweetened Soy by Silk and it’s the perfect marriage of flavours that make me look forward to waking up in the morning for breakfast (I never was a breakfast fan, but it’s all changed now!). Thanks for formulating such a delicious and nutritious cereal for us! - Anna

Just recently bought your Flax/Plus cereal and like it enough to replace Cheerios for warm weather breakfast (dry snack during cold winter). Can you please tell me why you don’t list the COMPLETE nutritional facts (Niacin, Folic Acid, vitamins, Magnesium, etc.) for the cereal. I’m REALLY interested in those facts. THANK YOU, Karen

I’ve always loved cereal, but

I’ve always loved cereal, but Flax Plus has taken my love to whole new level. I think I would classify it as obsession. I am a Flax Plus addict. The first box I bought, I opened as soon as I got to the car because it looked so tasty. I ate it all the way home that day. And I’ve barely gone a day without it since.

These cereals are simply

These cereals are simply amazing just as all Nature’s Path products, I have been buying them for a few years now and they are the only ones that I actually eat. For all of you that cannot find these products I would suggest that you find a Natural/ organic grocery store in your area, they will hold these products for sure and all cities have them. Eating organic is a lifestyle and many products cannot be found in traditional grocery stores, plus to be honest eating organic is a definate must and way healthier if I may say!!!

Flax Plus Multibran is my

Flax Plus Multibran is my first choice for flake cereal. I enjoy it with a handful of blueberries, a spoonful of slivered almonds, and vanilla flavored rice milk. They stay crisp in milk and pair well with any seasonal fruit or berry. There was a week or two when I could not find it in the stores, so I reluctantly tried your Flax Plus Raisin Bran Flakes. Turns out those are delicious too and I am not a fan of raisins! I’m also addicted to your frozen Flax Plus Waffles. Those are so good I can eat them straight out of the toaster with no toppings. I love that I can randomly grab any Nature’s Path product and trust it will taste great.

Where can I buy Flax Plus

Where can I buy Flax Plus Multibran in Europe? We moved from the US where I got hooked on Natures Path Flax Plus and I cannot find anyone to either ship it to Switzerland where we now live -due to customs fees, or buy it in a retailer over here in Europe or UK. I called the Whole Foods stores in London UK and they don’t sell Flax Plus. Help, can you please tell me where I can find it or buy it bulk in Europe? I love your Flax Plus and am going crazy not being able to find it here. Thanks.

Hi. I absolutely love this

Hi. I absolutely love this cereal. But I was wondering something about the flaxseeds and omega-3s. My understanding is that the flaxseeds need to be ground before eating in order to increase the bioavailability of the omega-3s (otherwise the seeds just pass through undigested). Yet I can see some whole flaxseeds in the flakes. My question is, is there some portion of the flaxseeds that are ground up and included in the flakes, or is it all just whole seeds? Thanks!

It’s awesome that you love

It’s awesome that you love our cereal and want to find out more about its health benefits. To answer your valid flax seed question, the flaxseeds that we use are not all fully ground or crushed because they go rancid very quickly without refrigeration or the use of preservatives. Some of the seeds do actually get ground up by the cereal manufacturing process and some of the seeds that are attached to the flakes will be broken by your teeth as you eat them to make more of the nutrients available. Never fear, a selection of Nature’s Path cereals like our Flax Multibran Flakes & Optimum Blueberry Cinnamon cereal do use a combination of whole and ground flax but they have a shorter shelf life of 6 – 8 months, which isn’t practical for some of our other flax products such as the Flax Granola. The only other way to get around this is to use preservatives which we refuse to do because we make organic products. You might feel better to know that whole flax seeds do provide valuable fibre benefits. We also sell ground flax separately for people to sprinkle on their cereal. For the flax obsessed - the flax council website has current information on flax: www.flaxcouncil.ca/ Cheers, Kylie, Panda Puff lover and Brand Ambassador

I also could not find the

I also could not find the FLAX PLUS cereal. Today at Weis Market I found 6 boxes and bought all six. I really like the taste and also the biggest benefit for me is that the carbs are lower than most all cereals (23g per 3/4 cup) and since I am hypoglycemic and need to keep my carbs low or I have blood sugar spikes and dips that effect me with headaches, and many other side effects. Flax Plus does not effect my blood sugar so I eat it every day. It is the best taste. I also have been using UNCLE SAM Flax cereal which is smaller but tastes almost like it and it is completely whole grain. This woudl be a great substitute for anyone who can not fin the Natures Path. I am afraid that I will be seeing the Flax Plus in the discontinued food store. Good luck to all of us.. Dawn from FLA and PENNA
