Yes, you should buy this by the case. It is such an intersting mix of grains that it never gets boring. It is great to try other cereals, and other “fads” but I always keep going back to this one. It’s a good, sturdy, basic cereal that keeps you full all morning.

Heritage flakes are GOOD stuff.
The grain mix gives you a complete protein that will carry you through the day. No more being hungry at 10:30 am. I don’t even want a big lunch unless I worked out that day.
Yes, Heritage cereals, raw milk and your vitamins and you’ll be doing great.
I NEED to buy this by the case. ;)

I love this cereal! Nothing compares. It tastes great and tides me over until lunch. I buy it by the case because I dread running out.

We began buying the Heritage O’s and Heritage flakes recently and have found that they are the best cereals we have eaten. Congratulations on a superb and healthy product.
