Just called you nice folks.

Just called you nice folks.  Disappointed in the formula change.  I literally used to eat 2-3 boxes of this cereal a week because I LOVED it so much!  It tastes like cheap cornflakes now.  Boo!  I’ll have to look elsewhere for my cereal now.  Thanks.

Hi there and thanks for

Hi there and thanks for reaching out to us. We’re sorry you’re experiencing disappointment with the new processing methods. If not, please contact Nicolette using our contact form here: http://www.naturespath.com/contact-us and she can help follow-up with your feedback. I just bought two bags of your Heritage flekes from Whole Foods. (35833 016342). These bags are not as good as what I am used to purchasing! The cereal is not as dense and is very flaky. MIght be a quality control issue. Something has definitely changed with respect to the manufacturing of this cereal. The original smaller, more dense and crispy flakes are much more preferred than what is being sold as Heritage cereal now.

Hi there and thanks for

Hi there and thanks for sharing your comments with us. We have been receiving comments such as yours suggesting that we changed the recipe. Sorry, I speak french. I will

Sorry, I speak french. I will try to ask my question or make my comment. I eat each day since almost 10 years your ceral Heritage Flakes. Since those years a least 3 times you change the eco pac bag. Sometime you change the amont fibre. Why your cereal on Costco, Heritage flake in box doesn’t taste the same.

Hi Carole! Thanks for sharing

Hi Carole! Thanks for sharing your comments. From my understanding, you have noticed changes in this cereal in the last 10 years and you have noticed this cereal tastes different when you buy it from Costco. Am I correct? We have not changed this recipe recently however, it might have undergone changes to the recipe in the last decade as you mentioned. As of lately, we haven’t changed the ingredinets however there’s been a change in the processing to create a lighter, crunchier textured flake. I’ve told the Brand Manager of your concerns. Please contact Nicolette, Consumer Services, using our contact form: http://www.naturespath.com/contact-us, and she will be happy to help you further. All the best, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

I have been buying Heritage

I have been buying Heritage Flakes for seven years, primarily because they stay so crunchy in milk. I found that the past two times I’ve purchased them, the flakes have been both lighter in color and thinner, so that they get soggy. Has there been a change in the recipe? It’s very disappointing!

Hi Darya and thanks for

Hi Darya and thanks for sharing your comments. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this experience. Our recipe for Heritage Flakes hasn’t changed recently in terms of ingredients. However, it’s come to my attention that we changed the processing to create a lighter, crunchier textured flake. To make this right, please contact Nicolette, Consumer Services, using our contact form here: http://www.naturespath.com/contact-us. All the best, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

I have been buying this

I have been buying this cereal as I am picky about what i eat and feed my children. I Bought it because it said it was made with heirloom whole grains. Was It safe for me to assume that all the grains are heirloom/heritage? I only ask because sometimes products are labled ancient grains and then mixed with enriched wheat (like the flour used in white bread). The cereal is very tasty and all 5 of my children enjoy it! would totally buy this in bulk if i thought I could safe some money doing so.

Thanks for taking the time to

We use all organic grains and for this cereal we use a combination of Kamut, spelt, barley, millet, and quinoa with wheat bran, whole wheat meal and whole oat flour. Nature’s Path DOES NOT use refined or enriched grains so you can be sure your family is getting the best nutrition and quality. For bulk cereals, I suggest trying Whole Foods or you can also buy a case over Amazon at www.amazon.com. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

Tried this for the first time

Tried this for the first time this morning, and wow. 10:00 and I still feel satisfied. And while the flakes aren't sweet, they're not cardboardy, either. Quite a nice mix of taste and texture.

Hi Debbie and thanks so much

Hi Debbie and thanks so much for sharing you feedback wit us. At Nature’s Path we believe that organic food should be delicious, so we strive to find the best ingredient combo to make it a reality for our consumers. Keep on enjoying! Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

I love this cereal for three

I love this cereal for three reasons: First, it tastes great. Not too sweet, and there are no sweet fruit added. Second: It stays crunchy right down to the last spoonful. So satisfying to eat; no mush. Third: it comes in a large bag, so I don’t run out every week.

Hi D, thanks so much for

Hi D, thanks so much for taking the time to write in to us. I love that you have your 3 points - we should add them to the bag! Thanks again D. Happy crunching, Jamie, Nature’s Path Foods

What has happened? I really

What has happened? I really loved this product and usually bought two or three bags at a time. Fortunately, I didn’t have enough money last time to buy more than one bag! The flakes taste not nearly as good anymore as they used to. I liked their hearty texture, but now they seem so thin and—well, flaky, in the unfavorable sense of the word. Now they’re bland and almost stick to ones teeth. I am very disappointed! I hope this was just a bad batch. But now I’m reluctant to buy another bag. And, by the way, what’s that silly sticker all about? The seal of the bag is still the same as it used to be, be: non-resealable. Except, that now it lacks the awkward, upside down dashed line and scissors symbol in the corner. I first thought that someone had mistakenly put these stickers on the wrong bags, but now that I see them on the pictures here, I suspect that there was a larger mishap. Perhaps they didn’t get the right kind of tack glue in time and had already set up the machinery to put on the stickers?

Thank you so much for writing

Thank you so much for writing in to us Wolf. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our product. Please contact Nicolette in Consumer Services at consumerservices@naturespath.com and she will be sure to look into this further. The reason we created the sticker is because the zip closures were not recyclable. We are currently looking into ways of making the sticker larger and including clearer instructions on the next batch of bags we make. All the best Wolf, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

I have since bought another

I have since bought another bag of Heritage flakes and am happy to say that they were crunchy and at least as thick as they used to be. Must have been a glitch in the production run that caused the flakes in the previous bag to be so thin. Probably just a coincidence that this happened with the first new-style bag I purchased.
