Hi Eva! Thanks so much for taking the time to write to us, our Koala Crisp EnviroKids cereal is gluten free, dairy free and soy free as is our Crispy Rice. While we take every measure to enhance the health of our consumers, we recommend you err on the side of health and safety. Highly allergen sensitive people should consult their healthcare provider to determine if Nature’s Path gluten-free foods meet their particular dietary needs. Best, Heather, Brand Ambassador, Hemp Plus Granola lover

I just tried the Heritage High fibre in an ECOPAK and read the bag over. Iran to computer I DO NOT NORMALLY EVER comment on products-esp. food as I am so tired of out of country stuff and full of ugly preservatives, chemical enhancers, etc BUT THIS CEREAL is magnificent! The only thing in Grande Prairie Alberta Safeway, why oh why would they put it on the very bottom lowest shelf??? People need to see what a Canadian health/enivro company makes! I am so glad to have found this cereal and your company..I wish you success and continued product marketing!

This is the best cereal out there, period. We’ve been buying it for a very long time and can’t get enough of it.
Keep up the good work. We’re lucky to have you!

OMG there is nothing better than this cereal. Low in sugars and everything and you feel so full and satisfied. For people that need more of a sweet taste just add fresh fruits like blueberries and sliced fresh strawberries or whatever you prefer. This is so good i don’t even add milk.
I eat it for bfast and find myself eating it again at night as an after dinner snack. If hooked.
Hi Aleksandra, it’s so great

Yes, you should buy this by the case. It is such an intersting mix of grains that it never gets boring. It is great to try other cereals, and other “fads” but I always keep going back to this one. It’s a good, sturdy, basic cereal that keeps you full all morning.

Heritage flakes are GOOD stuff.
The grain mix gives you a complete protein that will carry you through the day. No more being hungry at 10:30 am. I don’t even want a big lunch unless I worked out that day.
Yes, Heritage cereals, raw milk and your vitamins and you’ll be doing great.
I NEED to buy this by the case. ;)
