We love the Heritage Flakes for the taste and that they hold up a long time in the almond milk. We’re wondering if you have any gluten-free cold cereals, as my wife is trying a gluten elimination diet. Thanks for a great product!!!

I sadly miss the Synergy 8 Grain Cereal that has been discontinued. At least now that I checked your website I’ll stop looking all over for it. I’ll give Heritage Flakes a try if I can find them. I think Synergy 8 Grain Cereal had more protein, though I may not be remembering accurately. Do any of your cold cereals have more than the 4 g of protein in Heritage Flakes? thanks!!

Thanks very much for your feedback, Shirley. The Synergy 8 Grain Cereal has been discontinued. You may wish to try our Optimum cereals, including the Optimum Banana Almond which contains 10g of protein. All the best,

Hi! I’m out in Korea and I picked up a box of this cereal at Costco!
I love the cereal and I can’t eat any other brand anymore. Thanks for making it available all the way out here. Do you have any plans of selling any of the other cereals in Seoul?

I just picked up a box of the Heritage Flakes Friday for the first time, and after having it for 2 mornings, I think I can safely say it’s my new favorite cereal. I used to love Bran Flakes, but they don’t satisfy for very long and most brands have HFCS in them. I love that there is the same healthy-branny-flavour in the Heritage Flakes, but that they are HFCS-free and much more satisfying. :-)

Is this the same cereal as your 8 grain synergy? I can’t seem to find it on the site and it is my favourite one! Looks similar.
Hi there, great question.

Hi there, great question. Unfortunately, our Synergy 8 Grain Cereal has been discontinued because it did not meet sales expectations. I would suggest trying Hertiage Flakes, as it is a tasty, low sodium cereal made with crunchy whole grain flakes that is sure to satisfy your taste buds! I disagree. I like 8 Grain Synergy Flakes much better, and I would not call the 130mg of sodium per serving in Heritage Flakes “low sodium”. Nature’s Path lost this customer.

This is my absolute favorite cereal, but my commissary does not carry it anymore as of just a few weeks ago since they rearranged the store. I plan to ask them if they could restock it so I don’t have to live without it! There is another grocery store nearby and they don’t have it either but it would cost twice as much as I was paying at the commissary.

Hey there, products with 3g of fat or less are considered ‘low fat’ according to government guidelines, and this cereal has 1g of fat. At this time there is not an official index for low carb, so we recommend consulting with your health care specialist to find a suitable product for you. This is my daily go-to cereal. It has a nice, hearty flavor, almost with smoky undertones, but it’s not so intense that you’ll get sick of it if you eat it every day. The crunch holds up well in milk, and it will keep you feeling full for a while. Nice, interesting mix of grains. A nice standby cereal, but not boring.

you a line to say I just tried the Nature’s Path Heritage Flakes this week

They changed the formula. Now with 1% LESS Fiber, 2% LESS Vitamin A, 2% LESS iron and 1% LESS salt.
Guess they are cutting expenses and passing the reduced health benefits and reduced fiber onto us. Seems unfair.

Thanks for your comment! We actually haven’t changed the formula. Because we only use organic ingredients in our cereals, the nutrition fluctuates naturally depending on various factors, including crop conditions, climate, growing location, ingredient nutrition etc. Therefore, the nutrition on the boxes is an average of the testing conducted. In order to make sure our nutrition values remain accurate over time, we also try to retest yearly, which can lead to a change on the nutrition panel even when we haven’t changes the formula.
