I LOVE this cereal! I just finished a bowl and wish I could have another. I love the taste and how it stays crunchy till the end. I think that it is sweet enough without any added sugar and it is very filling. Just wish it came in the ECO packs - that would make it even better!
Thanks for making such a fabulous product!

Hi! Glad to hear you like the Whole O’s, they are one of my favorites too because they hold up so well in what ever you put with them. Soy milk, almond milk, milk milk, it’s all delicious! Thanks for the suggestion on the ECO packs, I’ll make sure to pass it along! All the best, Leah, Nature’s Path Brand Ambassador.

I have very bad seasonal allergies, or so we thought. Apparently I have an allergy to Wheat that causes me to sneeze like a maniac…anyway, I love cereal, and this cereal is GREAT!! It stays crunchy really long and I add a half a teaspoon of organic cane sugar. It’s helping me come around to this new Gluten free diet. I’ve been eating wheat for 28 yrs, and now I have to change this is helping. I hope the waffles are as good, because boy do I miss waffles and pancakes!

Hi! I am sorry to hear you can’t find any Whole O’s. You can check out our FAQ section on how to find your favorite cereals here: http://www.naturespath.com/faq or you can always call the store and request the cereal. This does actually help! Also, you can always purchase them online here: http://www.worldpantry.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ExecMacro/naturespath/shop… All the best, Leah, Nature’s Path Brand Representative.

Well, I’m surprised the ingredient list doesn’t say WHOLE grain brown rice fllour …. shouldn’t you boast this WHOLE grain goodness right there? Isn’t whole grain brown rice flour very high in magnesium? I enjoy this cereal, you might make a sugar-free version (using Splenda or Sucralose) because some of us “health -nuts” avoid added (real) sugars also in all forms. This is a great cereal. How about some “naturally flavored” versions? I add my own almonds, cinnamon to it…. I’m not a gluten free person, ha ha I just like the CRUNCH and I avoid wheat as much as possible anyway. Thanks for reading this. :)

Hi There, thanks for taking the time to write us. Our organic brown rice flour is indeed whole grain, but we don’t test for magnesium amounts at this time. We think that testing for this is a great suggestion and we’ve passed it along to our marketing department.
We also only use approved ingredients that can be used in organic foods. We would never use artificial sweeteners, because they are made from chemical compounds. Sugars, in moderation, are part of healthy eating and the key is to consume foods that provide plenty of nutrients along with their sugars. Hopefully this helps! Hi, I love your products but i wanted to try this one and something does not add up in the nutritional values. when you calculate calories using proteins , carbs (4 Kcal pre gram) and fats (9 Kcal per gram) it adds up to 120 Kcal per serving… actually it has very similar (total) values as the Heritage cerials which are indicated to be 120 Kcal per serving and the calculation works for it
so what is wrong here - there must be an error somewhere… i will appreciate your explanation. thanks

Hello Guy, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We passed your question onto the Regulatory Affairs Department and they told us the following:
“We checked the nutritional value and based on the “Whole O’s” nutritional facts, it’s showing:
Carbohydrate 25 g x 4 cal = 100 calories
Fat 1.5 g x 9 cal = 13.5 calories
Protein 2 g x 4 cal = 8 calories
Total calories = 121.5 calories which should be (shown as ) 120 calories.”
We’ve fixed the error and our new boxes will be printed with the correct information. Thanks again for letting us know. All the best, Leah, Nature’s Path Brand Ambassador
