Is this product Fat Free? The nutritional label on the back states that it is, but the description on the website says it is “Low Fat.” Can you clarify?

Is this product Gluten Free?

Is this product Gluten Free? It should be since the only ingredient listed is “Organic Brown Rice” but Nature’s Path usually labels their gluten free products as such. Is there something about the manufacture or processing of this product which prohibits them from labeling it as GF?

This is a good question, thanks for asking! Our Rice Puffs are NOT gluten free due to the chance of cross contamination in the separate factory where they are produced. i love this cereal and only wish that IGA marketplace in dundarave and whole foods at park royal increased their orders for this specific cereal-always running out-especially with me buying it!

Puffed Rice Tabouli

No need to prepare cous cous for this tablouli: just pour some puffed rice into a bowl and toss it with lots of fresh chopped parsley and mint to create a refreshing salad. Some chopped red cabbage, tho not a traditional ingredient in tabouli, gives the mix terrific color.
