Hi!
This is a great cereal! I realize that you have many others as well. Do any of them happen to be any lower in calories than this? Although I don’t know if that would be possible considering how low this one is! Also, I’m obviously trying to count calories- Anyone have any suggestions for milk thats lower cal than skim? Thanks!
Hi there! Thanks so much for

Hi there! Thanks so much for your interest in our products. The lowest calorie cereals are our Kamut Puffs, Millet Puffs and Rice Puffs at 50 calories per serving. All the best,

Yes, try Blue Diamond’s Almond Milk, there are only 40 calories per cup! The best part is it still tastes good! I have shopped around for different makes of almond milk and have to say Blue Diamond is the best. ALSO, make sure it is the natural and UNSWEETENED variety, for some reason they want to add flavours to this stuff that is sooo unnecessary! It tastes amazing in smoothies and cereal :)
Remember though even though you are trying to watch your calories you do want to have a minimum of 200(but no more than 400) at every meal, especially breakfast, breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. While you might be watching your weight starving your body will only make it hold on to the the fat that is there, so eat small meals a 5 times a day. :)

Try UNSWEETENED vanilla almond breeze! :) I can’t have dairy, but I drank it even before i knew that!
ONE WHOLE CUP has only 35-40 calories and 3 grams of wonderful healthy fats :) PLUS it’s creamy and has a wonderful flavour—GREAT in cereal. Give it a try! :)

These are delicious! The texture and flavor are both awesome. I love eating them with a bit of cold plain rice milk and some maple flakes. I definitely plan on buying more, but I might try puffed millet next.
