Hi there and thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sorry I can’t be of more assistance but we don’t test for soluable vs insoluble fiber and we don’t have additional information available. Take care, Justine, Nature’s Path Team

I love all every single one!

I love all every single one! Corn to rice love them! I've always been conscious of what I am putting into my body and I really feel rest assured about it when I have this in the morning for my breakfast.  Like many have said, I mix all of them around! I usually pair it with fresh berries, flax, raisins and a healthy dose of cinnamon on top with non-fat almond milk; a great way to start the morning and to stay fueled until lunch time at the office!

Thanks so much for your

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments Uriko! We also have recipes for our puffed cereals. To take a peep, please click here: http://www.naturespath.com/recipes. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

Kamut Puffs are the BEST! I

Kamut Puffs are the BEST! I count calories and they have the fewest of any cereal ever; plus I do not use sugar or artificial sweetners. A bowl of Kamut with 1/2 banana sliced up in it and a cup of vanilla almond breeze every morning is delicious.

Hi Cynthia and thanks for

Hi Cynthia and thanks for letting us know how much you love these puffs! I enjoy all our puffs as well, especially with fresh organic fruit and, like you, vanilla almond breeze…mmmmm. Take care, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

Hello guys, thank you so

Hello guys, thank you so much for making available cereals that have no sugar at all, like the ones in this line, corn, rice, kamut and millet. I buy all of them, mix them up and then add what I want, flaxseeds, gojiberry and unsweetened vanilla milk. I love it, it is my favourite meal of the day!!!! This means something, since I am Italian and never used to have breakfast in the morning! Angela

Hi Angela and thanks for

Hello There! My husband and I

Hello There! My husband and I really like the taste of your kamut puffs. I’ve been hearing some negative things however about proteins in cereal grains being damaged by the high-temperature, high-pressure extrusion process that is used to puff the grains. Do you have your own research on this at Nature’s Path? I would be interested to know more solid science on the subject. Kind Regards, Lisa

Hi Lisa and thanks for asking

Hi Lisa and thanks for asking us this question. Our puffed cereals including this one are made similarly to how you would pop popcorn on the stovetop where heat is used to explode and cook the kernel. They are the purest form of cereal, as they contain only one ingredient; whole organic grains. Regarding whether extrusion alters the nutrition and make-up of the grain, yes it does. In fact, all raw ingredients alter in some way when they go through a cooking process, including baking, boiling, etc. However, in many of our processes, our products retain most of their nutritional value. Some people hold that heating food higher than 116 degrees F will de-active the foods’ enzymes. In order to avoid any change in a foods’ structure, you’d have to stick to a Raw Food Diet. At this time, Nature’s Path does not manufacture any products that would be classified as a Raw Food. All the best, Justine, Nature’s Path Team.

Hi there and thanks for

Hi there and thanks for following up with us. Our Puffed cereals are the purest form of cereal, because they have only one ingredient, whole organic grains. Unfortunately, extrusion does alter the nutrition and make-up of the grain however all raw ingredients alter in some way when they go through a cooking process, including baking, boiling, etc. Still, our products retain most of their nutritional value in most of our processes. Aloha, Can I give my 9 month

Aloha, Can I give my 9 month old son and of your puffs? My friend loves your kamut puffs and feeds then to her kids.

Hi Lisa and thanks for

Hi Lisa and thanks for reaching out to us. We suggest you talk to your medical practitioner to determine whether your son can have these puffs. They would know your son best to determine if he’s at the right age. All the best, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

I LOVE Kamut Puffs! I have

I LOVE Kamut Puffs! I have been buying them for years from my local co-op! I’ve tried a few other brands, but Nature’s Path are the best! I like to eat them with some unsweetened almond milk and a little cinnamon. They’re also great as a savory treat with a little olive-oil spray and salt and pepper (or truffle salt) sprinkled on top. These are definitely my go-to guilt-free snack!

Thanks so much for sharing

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback with us Lauren. Your suggestions are amazing - Kamut Puff fans such as myself will be trying them out tonight! Take care, Jamie, Nature’s Path Team

I really love this cereal. It reminds me of the Smacks brand I used to eat when I was a kid, but now I can appreciate the way this puffed cereal tastes without needing all the sugar.
