Training & Organizational Development Leader

The Training and Organization Development Leader will report to the Director, Human Resources, and be responsible for promoting and implementing the company’s management policies that enhance organizational effectiveness and maximize the development and utilization of each employee’s contribution. In addition, the Training & Organization Development Leader will play a role in the design of implementing progressive organizational development strategies and communication plans for Nature’s Path. Key Responsibilities of this position: • Provide assistance to all departments in developing organizational plans and goals, and then develop strategies for implementing positive change. • Research, develop, recommend and deliver training strategies to all levels of management for the purpose of improving management effectiveness. • Provide assistance in developing methods and strategies for communication with employees. • Provide assistance in facilitating a continuous improvement program and tracking performance of the plan. •

Requirements: 

You must possess, or be working toward, a CHRP designation and have 3-5 years experience in a training role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. In addition, you will have demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills with previous employers and have a proven track record for getting results. The winning applicant will need to demonstrate strong teamwork skills in order to help Nature’s Path build our organizational people plan. You must be able and willing to travel within North America with the support of company related work visas & permits.
