Defective packaging is not safe...........>

Any others have problems with Nature’s Path packaging? I have purchased 4 different boxes of cereal with defective bags. The flaw is at the top seal of the bag. It appears to be crimped and burned, resulting in a very stale product. How can this company be trusted to provide a safe product if they can’t seal a cereal bag!

Thank you so much for getting

Thank you so much for getting in touch- you’re the first one to bring this to our attention! If you still have the bags or took any pictures, our Quality Assurance Director would be very interested in seeing them so that we can investigate properly. Please send any further details to my attention at ConsumerServices@naturespath.com. Be sure to include your contact details too so that I can send you some replacement products! I am a true Natures Path fan. THE ONE CEREAL/GRANOLA I buy!! The flavors I have yet to try are the Red Berry Crunch, Vanilla Almond Granola, and Maple Pecan. So far my favorites have been the Pomegranite Granola, and the Blueberry Optimum cereal (closley tied with cranberry ginger) Thank you Natures Path, for having such a wonderfrul product!! www.melonshots.blogspot.com
